Translation Project Terms & Guidelines
File Formats: I do not accept direct editing of Excel or spreadsheet files containing system codes (tags, variables, etc.). Please provide translation content in a clean text format (e.g., CSV, .txt).
Accessibility & Requirements: Due to hearing impairment, I cannot accurately translate or verify content that relies on audio cues or sound design. If the project includes such elements, please inform me in advance so we can discuss alternative workflows (e.g., providing scripts or subtitle files).
Progress Updates & Communication: To ensure a smooth workflow, I will follow up for a status update if I do not receive confirmation within one week of submission. Additionally, to avoid misunderstandings, I require a brief confirmation response from the client both before starting and after delivering each task.
Translation Style: I prioritize natural, immersive Japanese localization, which includes adjusting character tone and phrasing. If you have specific requirements or a preferred style guide, please provide them before I begin the project.
